OUR RETURN POLICY

 We currently do not offer returns, we however offer refunds for items that were discovered damaged during shipment in our care. Ensure items are checked thoroughly before leaving your pick-up store or upon delivery. Phoenix International Trading and Logistic Company Limited will not be obligated to refund damaged items once you have departed or accepted delivery of your package/s.

  • Refunds will be issued for pre-alerted items ONLY. Only items which have been pre-alerted prior to us receiving your package will be considered.
  • Refunds will not be considered for other forms of shipment outside of Air Freight Courier services.
  • All refunds will take seven (7) working days to be approved and processed and can take up to twenty-one (21) working days for payout.
